Serious Black

Serious Black were basically formed in 2013 by Mario Lochert (ex-Visions of Atlantis, Emergency Gate), Roland Grapow (ex-Helloween, Masterplan) and Thomen Stauch (ex-Blind Guardian, Savage Circus). A bit later Jan Vacik (ex-Dreamscape) and Dominik Sebastian (Edenbridge) joined and they together worked on the songs for the debut album "As Daylight Breaks". A singer soon was found in Urban breed. The debut album has been released in January 2015 and the band toured as support of Hammerfall on their European Tour (January & February 2015). On this tour, Bob Katsionis (Firewind, Outloud) replaced Roland Grapow and was later also announced as new permanent member. After some more touring the band entered the studio again to work on the sophomore album "Mirrorworld" which was released in September 2016. Their first European Headliner Tour followed in September and October to support this album. The third album is alredy in the making and will be entitled "Magic" and will see the light of day on 25. August 2017. The following tour is already annonced, check the dates here.
